We will assist you to refine your wedding vision and create a style that reflects you and you partner’s unique personalities. With a clear vision in mind, planning your wedding will become more focused and we then we can really get down to business!
Venue and Vendor Selection
If you have not yet selected your venue, then we will assist you to select a ceremony and venue reception that reflects your unique style. We will also assist you to source high quality vendors that can help us to achieve your wedding style, and who fit within your budget. This includes your florist, caterer, celebrant, entertainment, photographer and videographer.
Budget and Vendor Management
We work with you to ensure that your wedding remains within budget. We will advise you on where your budget is best spent, and we will manage your budget for you. This includes ensuring that all invoices are paid on time. We will also act on your behalf to liaise with your vendors.
Onsite Coordination & set up
When it comes to ensuring your wedding day runs smoothly, we will be there as your wedding coordinator. We will develop your runsheets, receive deliveries, oversee the site set up, manage vendors, coordinate the bridal party and ensure all components of your wedding run to schedule.
